Taurus 21 April – 21 May
Each year when the Sun returns to our zodiac sign, it can trigger new beginnings and possibilities. But you may find that this year, on the 19th, when this happens, you could find deciding exactly which option to choose requires giving something else up, which can create a conflict. Your ruler asks you to think long-term and to stick to things that trigger your bliss. All this can be supercharged by your personal New Moon on the 27th, which urges you to be as single-minded as possible. This may see you decide to break away from a friendship or group that no longer work for your greater good.
Gemini 22 May – 21 June
Your ruler starts the month in a fine link with Venus, and yet with them both retrograde, you may find yourself going over old ground, particularly as far as work or where worldly strands are involved. A great angle between lucky Jupiter in your sign and the Sun will be helpful however and can see you initially optimistic. But although snags can ease from the 7th when Mercury goes direct, they may linger as Saturn hits both the North Node and Venus, and it may not be possible to achieve all your goals as you first hoped. Cancer 22 June – 23 July
You’ve probably been asserting yourself powerfully since late last year, which may have created some exciting opportunities. But if you’re feeling that your personal expression or even time to enjoy yourself has become too limited, the Full Moon of the 13th can be a seminal time, and you may find yourself deciding what’s really important to you or not. Leo 24 July – 23 August
A lively start to the month could see you keen to network. You can also find your physical vitality and drive sharpen up considerably as the month goes on. Ambitions can also soar. Your determination will be fierce, but this could create some opposition if you push too hard or try to override other people’s views and feelings. Particular care is needed around long-term finances or those you share. Being open to others’ views is essential, but that’s unlikely to dampen your desire for progress. If you’ve long considered starting your own business, options can open up as the month ends.
Virgo 24 August – 23 September
How you link, co-operate and connect with people is going to be a really big theme this April. Where it works well, some very important bonds may be created. Where it’s not working, can be much more challenging. This is not the best of times to coast around your interactions. Think about what you want and are prepared to give, but becoming more conscious of what others expect of you is going to be equally important. If some things have run their course, the New Moon of the 27th can see you keen to reclaim your independence.
Libra 24 September – 23 October
If work is your main priority, Mars’ angle to the Full Moon in your sign on the 13th, a day when your ruler goes direct, can be important. Take your talents seriously this month Scorpio, because if you do and really apply yourself, then others will better appreciate the qualities that you possess. Aquarius 21 January – 19 February
