Pisces, Mikhail Gorbachev is 83 today. In a remarkable life, he became head of state of the USSR from 1985 until its dissolution in 1991. That would be impressive, but along with Ronald Regan, he was influential in ending the Cold War: a feat which earned him the Nobel Peace Prize in 1992.
