There are major changes afoot on the relationship front and while there will continue to be a lot of focus on your relationships this month and for months to come, the dynamics are shifting. It was late last month that having returned to your relationship sector in 2012 Neptune, the planet of hopes and dreams left while as you move into the new month Saturn, who since March 2023 has been at his side, but with a focus on personal responsibility and on doing whatever it takes for as long as it takes, is getting ready to leave on 14th February. With Neptune not returning again in our lifetime and Saturn not for another three decades, this is the end of an era. This brings to an end a nearly 16 year period where there has been near continuous planetary activity on the relationship front and when, with planets playing a long game, it has been more about the journey. However, because the faster planets are starting to return there won't be a sudden drop off to all of a sudden having no focus on your relationships and instead, a transition to a more short term focus. It starts with Mercury, the planet of communication's return on 7th February and will be followed by Venus, the planet of love's return on 10th February. Both will be here and able to take over when Saturn leaves on 14th February, with the Sun joining them on 19th February. This is the point in each year when the solar spotlight will always shift onto your relationships, but for the first time since 2012, without Neptune here and for the first time in three years, without Saturn's influence. Venus will leave early next month, but a retrograde turn on 26th February will keep Mercury here until April, long enough for Mars, the planet of passion and the warrior planet of the cosmos to catch up when he returns next month. With the Moon moving through from 18th February to 20th February, this will ensure you are emotionally engaged and aware when the solar spotlight shifts onto your relationships. Meanwhile, the timing of the Moon's return to your romantic sector from 13th February to 15th February means it will be here over Valentine's Day.
